This year, he looks set to take home that title again. His chances are also very promising, especially as England take on Panama in the group stages. For context, the last time these two met at the World Cup was in 2018, when Harry scored a hat trick against them.

Realistically, England should progress from the group stages to the knockouts, meaning Kane should, at the very least, feature in 4 England matches.
