Former Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has officially resigned from her role and it is a move that has left behind a political shake-up in the process.
Refom were tipped to be the leading party in the next election by pollsters before the resignation and after the bookmakers have followed suit.
Reform are currently 5/6 with Bet365 to take the most seats in the next election, while BetFred have them at 10/11.
Labour, meanwhile, are currently at 7/4 with Bet365 and BetFred and the Tories are at 13/2 with Bet365 and and 6/1 with BetFred.
The Lib Dems are not expected to have any shot meanwhile as they are at 33/1 with Bet365 and 40/1 with BetFred.
The odds have not favoured Labour at all after what has been a tough time for Sir Keir Starmer and his party.
The resignation of Rayner has led to a cabinet reshuffle as well as a hunt for a new deputy leader. All of which has played into the hands of Reform at a time when they are soaring high at the polls.
One thing that could change all of that is a new leader for the Conservative party.
Current leader Kemi Badenoch has failed to capture the imagination of voters since taking over as leader of the Tories in November last year.
Bet365 have Robert Jenrick as the favourite to succeed her if she was to leave as he is currently priced at 5/4 and 11/8 with BetFred.
James Cleverley has been a big political player since Boris Johnson was in Government and he is out at 9/2 to replace Badenoch with Bet365, while BetFred have him at 5/1.
Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson is himself among the favourites as well should Badenoch stand down as Boris is currently 8/1 with Bet365 and 7/1 with BetFred to make a spectacular return to the front benches.
The Conservative party have not been able to gain any momentum since the last election and that is down to Labour and mainly the growth of the Reform party.
Reform have gone from strength to strength under Nigel Farage as he has taken them from nowhere to leading the polls.
Bet365, though, have Farage at 16/1 to be the man to bring the good times back for the Conservatives should a change be made at the top.
BetFred, meanwhile, have Farage at 16/1 also as the bookies are in agreement that he will be up there among the favourites should a change be made.
Other names that stand out are Rupert Lowe, at 16/1 on Bet365 and Jeremy Hunt at 33/1 on BetFred as the Conservatives could go in either direction in a bid to chase down Reform in the polls.
One thing is for certain and that is that after the resignation of Rayner the political landscape has already changed once this week and you cannot rule out it doing so again as the election looms four years away.
